Patriot Home Field Services is Hiring an Account Manager
We are on a mission to revolutionize the way Third Party Contractors and Tradespeople work, and we need an Account Manager specializing in Client Success to help us make it happen. At Patriot Home Field Services, you’ll grow the revenue within a designated market by bringing in new maintenance Work Orders from existing clients, ensuring client happiness and expanding and growing your clients’ use of Patriot Home Field Services’s platform .
If you’re a relationship management expert who loves to delight customers/clients, understands how to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, always keeps the customer/client experience top of mind and proactively solves client needs before they become issues, then we should talk.
This role is based in our Dallas (Addison) office
We are looking for experienced professionals coming from B2B client success, sales and/or account management with exposure to working with large property management companies and/or real estate investment trusts. This role will be focusing on growing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
What You Will Do:
● Delight our clients and their customers (residents) and help them get the most out of the Patriot Home Field Service platform as measured by your clients’ volume/usage, engagement, market share, retention/loyalty and satisfaction
● Proactively solve issues before they happen by looking out for the clients’ business needs and suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them using and growing with Patriot Home Field Service platform
● Build long-lasting, trust-based, collaborative relationships with our clients, including becoming a trusted advisor to the clients you manage
● Onboard new clients and new employees of existing clients onto the Patriot Home Field Service platform and ensure they see immediate value
● Create, document and maintain up-to-date information about your clients, their specific needs and expectations, their pain points and there relevant stakeholders, including directories of all relevant contacts
● Use data to ensure clients understand the value Patriot Home Field Service is creating for them and provide clients with performance updates and market availability to maximize their usage of Patriot Home Field Service
● Advocate for the client and be the voice of the client within Patriot Home Field Service by fostering a client-centric environment and generating data-based insights that can improve operations and help us expand with our clients, e.g., into adjacent business lines and new product offerings
● Ensure Patriot Home Field Service understands client needs and pain points and connect those to Patriot Home Field Service business strategy
● Maintain a high-level, data-based view of the full client lifecycle and use that to identify ways to create incremental value for Patriot Home Field Service and our clients
● Solve client concerns, issues and escalations in a way that helps clients see even more value from Patriot Home Field Service after resolution, including owning the issue identification, quantification, prioritization, escalation, resolution process within Patriot Home Field Service on behalf of your clients and ensuring a closed-loop feedback with your clients so they know Patriot Home Field Service is acting on and resolving their issues
● Identify and provide best practices and guidance on how to increase usage and adoption based on relationship marketing including client case studies, performance trends, etc.
● Manage the relationship between the client and the internal Patriot Home Field Service teams, especially with the operations and technology teams
● Lead market visits to meet in-person with your clients and have productive, objective-based, growth-focused, action-oriented discussions and planning sessions with your clients
Efficient planning for effective time utilization.
Prompt and effective follow-up of assigned leads.
● Travel up to 25%
What You Should Bring:
● Minimum two (2) years client success, sales and/or account management experience
● Construction, home maintenance and/or property management experience strongly preferred
● Track record of creating strong, trust-based relationships with clients to influence clients, maximize sales opportunities, overcome objections, and use de-escalation tactics and repair relationships with clients if needed
● A hunger to constantly and proactively seek and deliver new opportunities to drive Patriot Home Field Service growth and market share with your clients
● Strong sales, interpersonal, project management, time management, prioritization, negotiation and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels including written, verbal, one-to-one, group and formal presentations. Able to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports
● Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
● Experience rapidly adapting to change and dealing with ambiguity and excited by the fast-paced, quickly changing environment of a startup
● Proven ability to learn tools and processes use them to provide an incredible client experiences
● Ability to think strategically and tactically, long-term and short-term and to identify and evaluate trade-offs
